Founded in Demcember 28, 2016, Malaysia-Indochina Chinese Chamber of Commerce (M- ICCC) is a non-government, non-profit, multi-ethnic and independent business association. M-ICCC aims to promote interaction, cooperation and development in trade, investment and other industrial and commercial fields between Malaysia and Myanmar as well as protecting the interests of our members.

M-ICCC targeted corporate members is 1,800 across the whole country, covering trade, manufacturing, finance, agriculture, real estate, tourism, education, consultation and other industries.

Following the rise of Indochina, M-ICCC has become increasingly important as a platform to promote Sino-Malaysian economic and trade development. On top of forming tight cooperation with government agencies such as Malaysia Ministry of International Trade And Industry, industrial and commercial organizations, Indochina Enterprises Association, we also maintain close relationship with relevant indochina countries government agencies, Embassy and Commercial Counselor's office of Indochina, Indochina five countries Council for the Promotion of International Trade, All Indochina countries Federation of Industry and Commerce, Indochina Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment and so on.

  • We are in constant contact with the Indochina central governmental departments, provincial leaders, the Economic and Commercial Counsellor's Office of the Embassy of Indochina, Indochina Council for the Promotion of International Trade, and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office amongst other associations; at the same time, we maintain close contact with local government agencies such as the Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation (MATRADE), keeping track of the latest developments and business opportunities in Sino-Malaysia economy and trade. Through MMCCC, members may obtain the latest updates on economic and trade exchanges between Malaysia and China.

  • Members can tap the latest information on development and investment environment of various Indochina countries, through our reception of visiting Indochina delegations; this is further enhanced by participation in large-scale activities organized, co- organized or sponsored by M-ICCC .The exchange of information and networking opportunities with Chinese entrepreneurs and government officials will facilitate future investment in Myanmar.

  • In addition to frequent reception of delegates from various provinces and cities from China, we will also organize, co-organize or participate in commodity exhibitions, trade and investment fairs in Malaysia and China. Through participation in the abovementioned activities, members are able to establish business network and relationship with international buyers, creating more business opportunities.

  • We will organize a wide range of seminars, experience-sharing sessions, and other forums, covering subject matters such as small and medium enterprises business strategies, investment in Indochina, intellectual property rights, and branding, so that members can broaden their business information and knowledge.

  • Since its inception, M-ICCC has been providing letters of recommendation in support of its members’ effort to apply for entry visa to Indochina countries. With the relaxation of visa application requirements set out by Indochina government in recent years, members may now apply for multiple-entry visa.
